Shruthi Shankar Raman

Shruthi Shankar Raman is currently a Research Technician II at Fred Hutch since August 2023, previously serving as a Clinical Research Study Coordinator at the University of Washington - School of Medicine from October 2022 to September 2023, where work focused on a COVID study involving blood sample collection. Prior experience includes a position as a Student Researcher at the University of Washington Department of Laboratory Medicine and Pathology, creating an immunological assay for malaria vaccines, and as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Washington School of Public Health, conducting literature reviews on vaccination. Earlier roles include Senior Content Developer, Content Associate, and Teaching Faculty at BYJU'S, where collaboration on educational content and in-person teaching were key responsibilities. Shruthi holds a Master of Science in Laboratory Medicine and Pathology and has completed a Graduate Certificate in Global Women Adolescent and Child Health from the University of Washington, along with a Bachelor of Technology in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering from Shanmugha Arts, Science, Technology and Research Academy.
