Carol Thompson

Carol Thompson has extensive experience in the creative design field. Carol began their career as a Design Intern at Hanlon Brown Design in 1999 and later worked as a Graphic Designer at Con-way, Inc. from 2000 to 2006. Carol then joined CMD as a Graphic Designer and progressively moved up to the roles of Senior Designer and Art Director. From 2014 to 2016, they worked at Opus Agency, first as a Senior Art Director and then as an Associate Creative Director. In 2018, Carol joined Nautilus Inc. as a Senior Design Specialist before transitioning to a role as a Managing Creative Director and Photographer at Grow Design LLC in 2016.

Most recently, Carol held the position of Creative Director and Manager at Fred Meyer Jewelers starting in 2019. In this role, they were responsible for brand strategy, managing a team, and overseeing various marketing campaigns and initiatives. Carol also developed digital asset management systems and led presentations to executive staff and business stakeholders for marketing decision-making.

From 1996 to 2000, Carol Thompson attended Drake University and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design.
