Gaute Tjensvoll is an experienced technical manager currently employed at Fred. Olsen Renewables since January 2016, with a prior role as development manager at Fogear, Fred. Olsen from August 2006 to January 2016, where responsibilities included technology development for onshore and offshore wind as well as project and business development. Tjensvoll's earlier career includes positions at Kitron Development as project organisation manager, business developer, and department manager for product design, overseeing project execution and a team of engineers. Additionally, Tjensvoll worked at Think Nordic AS from April 1997 to February 2003 in various roles, including change manager and vehicle system leader for an electric vehicle project. Tjensvoll holds multiple advanced degrees in technology management and mechanical engineering from prestigious institutions such as MIT, NTNU, and DTU, complemented by military training at the Norwegian Army's Officer Candidate School.
