Caroline Ifoh has a diverse work experience in various roles within the retail and recruitment industry. Caroline started their career as a Supervisor at Kurt Geiger in 2008 and later worked as a Concession Manager. In 2013, they became a Store Manager, responsible for managing multiple stores and overseeing recruitment and training. Caroline then transitioned to the role of Retail Operations Coordinator at Kurt Geiger, where they managed the store support Helpdesk and handled queries from retail stores.

In 2016, Caroline joined Fashion & Retail Personnel Ltd as a Recruitment Consultant, specializing in permanent recruitment for luxury, Middle Market, and High street clients. Caroline recruited various positions within the fashion and retail industry.

From 2017 to 2018, Caroline worked as a Resourcing Advisor at Howdens Joinery Co, where they played a vital role in developing and implementing a Resourcing strategy and infrastructure. Caroline also acted as an internal recruitment consultant and assisted with recruitment and selection needs.

Currently, Caroline serves as a Talent and People Development Manager at Fred Perry, leading all Talent and People Development initiatives company-wide. Caroline works as a strategic partner for the People strategy and coaches line managers to enhance people skills. Additionally, they are responsible for recruiting head office staff and structuring training programs for the business.

Caroline Ifoh pursued their education in a sequential manner. Caroline began in 2020 and completed in 2021 the Level 5 Diploma in Human Resource Management from CIPD Qualifications. Prior to this, Caroline attended Birkbeck, University of London, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Psychology.
