Ilhan Mehmet

Ilhan Mehmet is an experienced People Director with a robust background in human resources and organizational culture, having held positions at various notable companies. At Fred Perry, Ilhan serves as People Director, and previously held the role of VP of People at Attest. As Chief People Officer at MADE.COM, and earlier roles as People Director and Head of People, Ilhan has demonstrated expertise in managing people strategies. Ilhan also contributed to MOO as People & Culture Director and Head of People & Culture, and gained extensive experience at EE in roles such as Head of HR Partnering and Senior HR Business Partner. Ilhan Mehmet earned a BA Hons in Business from the University of Leicester between 1993 and 1997.
