Megan Berardi

Megan Berardi is an accomplished finance and operations executive with extensive experience in managing operations and financial strategies across various sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of Finance and Operations at Fred Segal since December 2019, Megan previously held the position of Director of Operations. At Break The Floor Productions, from August 2014 to December 2019, Megan was the Sole Controller and Operations Director, leading operational enhancements to boost revenue and improve logistics. As an Operations and Finance Consultant from April 2014 to May 2016, Megan advised production companies and nonprofits on strategic resource management. Prior roles include Operations Manager at The Pablove Foundation, Production Office Manager at A. Smith & Company, and Stewardship & Event Manager at Boston College. Megan holds a Bachelor of Arts in English and Photography from Boston College.
