Alicia Brady

Alicia Brady is an experienced learning and development professional with over a decade of service at Freddie Mac, where roles have included Learning Consulting Lead and Business Management Manager. Alicia drives people and culture initiatives within the Finance division, focusing on enhancing understanding of competencies and objectives while fostering team identity.
