Barbara Suplita

Barbara Suplita is an experienced professional in project management and learning development, currently serving as a Senior Project Manager in Human Resources at Freddie Mac since June 2009. Barbara has successfully led various business-driven learning projects, managing teams of subject matter experts and stakeholders. Previous roles include Senior Learning Consultant at Freddie Mac, where responsibilities encompassed corporate technology initiatives and compliance, as well as Training Manager at SWANA, overseeing training for the solid waste field. Earlier experience includes project management at Sodexo and Sprint, focusing on employee training programs and instructional design. Barbara holds a BFA from Virginia Commonwealth University and completed a leadership program at the University of Maryland's Robert H. Smith School of Business.
