Diana Jones possesses extensive experience in asset management and surveillance within the commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS) sector. As the Director of Asset Management/CMBS Surveillance at Freddie Mac, Diana oversees a $600 billion multifamily loan portfolio, leading a team to monitor performance data and identify risks. Previous roles include Manager of Surveillance where a $45 billion portfolio was supervised, and Senior Asset Manager responsible for evaluating risks for a $40 billion multifamily loan portfolio. Prior to Freddie Mac, Diana served as Vice President-Surveillance at American Capital, overseeing a $118 billion CMBS investment portfolio, and held a Vice President position at Wachovia Securities, managing a $4.6 billion portfolio. Diana began a career in asset management at CRIIMI MAE Services LP, dealing with defaulted loans and REO properties. Diana holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Real Estate from Old Dominion University.
