Husni Roukbi

Husni Roukbi is an experienced Agile Coach and RTE with a diverse background in leading agile transformations across various organizations. Currently serving at Navy Federal Credit Union as an RTE/Agile Coach since August 2024, and at Freddie Mac as a Sr. Agile Coach/RTE since January 2022, Husni has successfully launched multiple agile teams and provided guidance through formation and training processes. Previous roles include Agile Coach/RTE at Teladoc Health and Enterprise Agile Coach/RTE at CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield, where Husni championed organization-wide agile adoption. Husni's expertise also spans positions such as Agile Transformation Lead at Impact Makers and Director of Agile Transformation at Ellucian, contributing significantly to the transition from traditional methodologies to agile practices. With a Master's degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Houston and a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering from Texas A&M University, Husni combines technical knowledge with agile leadership skills.
