Jessica Cohn

Jessica Cohn is an experienced underwriting professional currently serving as an Underwriting Associate and previously as a Senior Underwriting Analyst at Freddie Mac since May 2022. Prior to this role, Jessica worked as an HUD Underwriting Analyst at Walker & Dunlop, where responsibilities included coordinating due diligence, supporting loan package preparations, and managing document submissions to HUD. Additionally, Jessica has experience as an Operational and Marketing Analyst for the Property Management Association and completed an internship in Asset Management at Greystone & Co., focusing on due diligence for multifamily loans. Jessica began a career in service operations at sweetgreen and holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Marketing from Syracuse University, completed in 2020.
