Kim Thompson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the mortgage and digital transformation sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant at Freddie Mac since July 2023, Kim has previously held significant roles such as Digital Transformation Consultant at Citizens, where responsibilities included analyzing and enhancing loan fulfillment operations, and Director of Mortgage Fulfillment and Operational Strategy at BBVA Compass. With a strong background in leading operational strategies and digital transformations, Kim also boasts entrepreneurial experience as the founder of Real Property Insight, which was sold to Overture Technologies, where Kim served as EVP Operations. Earlier career highlights include pivotal roles at Capital One Home Loans, where Kim advanced from SVP to President, overseeing substantial shifts in business strategy, and Vice President at Citibank.
