Patricia Mugavero is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in privacy, data security, and regulatory compliance. Currently serving as Associate General Counsel for Privacy and Data Security at Freddie Mac since April 2023, Patricia has also held the position of Vice President & Assistant General Counsel at JP Morgan Chase since January 2011. Previously, Patricia contributed to the Animal Welfare League of Arlington as a board member from 2009 to 2015 and served as Associate General Counsel at Fannie Mae from 2004 to 2011, focusing on regulatory compliance for government-sponsored enterprises. Earlier in their career, Patricia worked as an attorney at Goodwin Procter LLP, Lane & Mittendorf LLP, and Muldoon Murphy & Faucette, gaining expertise in corporate structuring, mergers and acquisitions, and litigation. Patricia earned a JD from American University Washington College of Law and a BA in Political Science from Rutgers University.
