Shemetra McCloud

Shemetra McCloud is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in strategic HR leadership. Most recently, Shemetra served as a Director and Human Resources Business Partner at Freddie Mac from May 2018 to July 2022, following roles as Senior Human Resources Manager and HRBP Manager within the same organization. Prior to Freddie Mac, Shemetra worked at Booz Allen Hamilton from May 2009 to May 2018 as the Lead Human Resource Business Partner for the Enterprise Systems Group, where responsibilities included providing senior-level HR support and advising on HR initiatives. Shemetra holds a Master of Arts in Human Resources Management from Marymount University and a Bachelor of Arts in Family and Consumer Science from the University of Louisiana Monroe.
