Rasmus Balder

Head of Leisure at Fredericia Kommune

Rasmus Balder is currently the Head of Leisure at Fredericia Kommune. Rasmus has previously worked as the Design- og metodechef at Public Intelligence Aps from December 2015 to May 2021, where they were responsible for user- and employee-driven innovation processes in public organizations, including process management, user surveys, workshop facilitation, concept development, trial actions, impact measurement, management coaching, and more. Rasmus also worked as an Innovationskonsulent ved velfærdsudvikling at Odense Kommune from August 2013 to December 2015. Prior to that, they were an Adjunkt, uddannelseskoordinator og projektleder at Erhvervsakademiet Lillebælt from August 2008 to July 2013, where they taught Danish and English in the subjects of "Videnskabsteori og metode" and "Projektledelse" on the Professional Bachelor's degree programmes in finance, international sales and marketing, export, hospitality, agriculture business, as well as innovation and entrepreneurship. Rasmus has also been a project member, coordinator and leader on a number of national and international projects in Kosovo, Russia, Finland and Denmark. Rasmus was also the education coordinator for PBA in Innovation og entrepreneurship with responsibility for staffing, development, structure, quality and evaluation.
