Ashley Waters

Ashley Waters, DPA, is currently serving as the Senior Assistant Director at The City of Frederick in the Housing and Human Services department. Ashley also works as a Principal Consultant at Delta by Ashley. With a background in nonprofit management and international relations, Ashley has held various leadership roles in communications, mentoring, and academia. Their educational background includes a D.P.A. in Public Administration from the University of Baltimore.
