Dr. Steve Woods

Dr. Steve Woods is an experienced Adjunct Instructor at Frederick Community College since 2016. Dr. Steve is also the Founder and President of Workforce Metrics, LLC since January 2001. With a background in management and entrepreneurship, Dr. Woods has held various leadership positions in different organizations, including the University of Baltimore, US Small Business Administration, and United Cerebral Palsy of Central Maryland. Dr. Steve holds a Doctor of Management degree in Organizational Leadership from the University of Phoenix and a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University.
