Jerry Boyd has a wealth of experience in higher education administration. Jerry currently serves as the Special Assistant to the President for Institutional Effectiveness at Frederick Community College. Prior to this, Jerry held leadership positions at Northern Virginia Community College. Boyd holds a Master of Arts in Linguistics from George Mason University and has completed graduate coursework in Higher Education Administration at the University of Maryland.
