Michelle Ricketts

Michelle Ricketts is the Director of Student Success and Retention at Frederick Community College, bringing with their extensive experience in student support services and residence hall management from previous roles at Shepherd University and University at Buffalo Campus Living. Michelle holds a Master's degree in Library and Information Science from Louisiana State University, as well as a Master's Degree in Leadership and Policy Studies from The University of Memphis and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Penn State University.
