Jessica El-Zeftawy is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in development, fundraising, and nonprofit management. Currently serving as the Development Officer for Frederick County Public Libraries since December 2015, Jessica oversees fundraising initiatives, major gifts, corporate partnerships, and donor stewardship. In addition to this role, Jessica is a self-employed public speaker, sharing insights and knowledge on various topics with a blend of innovative insights and humor. As an Adjunct Faculty member at Hood College, Jessica teaches nonprofit management and leadership, engaging students in critical topics related to philanthropy and social impact. Previous roles include Alumni Programming Coordinator at the University of Maryland Baltimore County, where Jessica planned programs for young alumni, Residential Coordinator at the Maryland Institute College of Art, and Community Director at UMBC, focusing on student engagement and support. Jessica holds a Master of Public Policy and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government, Sociology from the University of Maryland Baltimore County.
