Rachael Doss

Rachael Doss is a seasoned professional in development and sales, currently serving as the Chief Development Officer at Junior Achievement of Greater Washington since August 2025. Prior to this role, Rachael held the position of Head of Enterprise Sales at GiveCampus from January 2021 to July 2025 and previously worked as the Chief Development Officer at Junior Achievement of Greater Washington from 2014 to 2020.
