Carolyn (CJ) M. has a diverse range of work experience. Most recently, they worked at Frederickson Partners as a Principal, Executive Search and Talent Director. Prior to that, they worked at Baptist Health South Florida where they held two roles. The first was as a Manager, Revenue Management Support & Patient Experience. Carolyn (CJ) also holds a Talent Management Institute Certificate from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Additionally, they have obtained a Certification in Training and Human Resource Development from the Florida International University - College of Business. Furthermore, Carolyn has an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree in Business Management from Dutchess Community College.
