Sonia Sanchez-Mejia

Sonia Sanchez-Mejia has extensive work experience in various roles within the field of operations and talent management. Sonia currently serves as the Director of Operations, Executive Search at Frederickson Partners, where they oversee operations within the organization. Previously, they worked as the Co-Owner/Operations Manager at Salas Mod Performance, a custom car shop, where they handled various aspects of small business operations.

Sonia also has experience in talent operations and management. Sonia held multiple roles at Climb Hire, including Sr. Manager, Talent Operations and Talent Operations Manager, where they focused on building relationships and creating economic opportunities for job seekers from low-income communities. Sonia also served as the Talent and Employer Partnerships Lead at Climb Hire.

Sonia Sanchez-Mejia completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Finance at Portland State University from 2012 to 2016. In 2020, they participated in a 3-week introductory online Python Programming course at Stanford University. In addition, they obtained a certification in "15 Secrets Successful People Know about Time Management (getAbstract Summary)" from LinkedIn in June 2022.
