Kaarina Kiema currently serves as the Sustainability and Quality Manager at Fredman Group since May 2023. Previously, Kaarina held the position of Quality Manager at Suominen Corporation from April 2015 to May 2023, and prior to that, worked as Production Manager at Ahlstrom Tampere Oy's Kauttua Plant from January 2006 to June 2015, where responsibilities included overseeing production for masking tape base paper. Kaarina's earlier roles at Ahlstrom included Quality Manager, where tasks involved production planning and quality management, as well as Supply Chain Assistant and Laboratory Analyst, focusing on production planning and quality measurement. Kaarina holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Laboratory Technology from Turku University of Applied Sciences and a Bachelor level degree as a Laboratory Analyst from the same institution.
