Mike Reilly

Mike Reilly, MBA, DMCA, currently serves as the Head of Global Wholesale at Free Fly Apparel since August 2023, overseeing the wholesale P&L and contributing to the company's surf strategy as part of the global executive team. As a Board Advisor for PARKIT Co., Mike supports the development of DTC and wholesale strategies. With extensive experience in the action sports industry, Mike previously held senior roles at Quiksilver, including SVP/GM of North America Wholesale and VP of Sales North America, where responsibilities included business development and assortment planning. Mike also has a strong background in licensing with Boardriders, managing several successful projects. Earlier career experiences include significant roles at FedEx and Ports America, emphasizing logistics and operations management. Mike holds multiple degrees, including an MBA and a DMCA certificate in Digital Marketing from Duke University.
