Will Dority

Will Dority has a diverse work experience. Will started their career as a Marketing and Media Relations Intern at Charleston Area Convention & Visitors Bureau in 2015, where they provided support to the marketing and media relations departments. At Amazon, they worked as an Area Manager from 2016 to 2017, leading a team of over 100 associates and achieving a 52% increase in operational efficiency. Will then joined Hasbro in 2018 as an MBA Associate in the Nerf Global Marketing team and quickly progressed to Associate Brand Manager and later Brand Manager, overseeing the Nerf brand's global marketing. Currently, they are working at Free Fly Apparel as a Community Manager, a role they started in August 2022.
