Naila Bolus currently serves as the Deputy Vice President and Director of the Campaign for A Greater Boston at The Boston Foundation since February 2024, focusing on addressing regional disparities to enhance opportunities and equity. Previously, Naila held the position of President & CEO at Jumpstart from October 2011 to December 2023, where efforts were directed towards ensuring preschool-age children in low-income neighborhoods are prepared for kindergarten through a volunteer-based program. Naila also served as the Executive Director of the Ploughshares Fund from 1997 to 2011. Naila holds a Bachelor's Degree in International Relations and Affairs from Tufts University, earned in 1987.
