Michael Ewert

Michael Ewert is an ordained minister with significant experience in pastoral leadership and education. Currently serving at the Free Methodist Church – USA since July 2019, responsibilities include pastoral care, counseling, preaching, and leadership development. Previously, Ewert was the Senior Lead Pastor at Vincennes Free Methodist Church from July 2014 to June 2019, where Michael initiated partnerships to assist Syrian refugees and provide impactful ministry work. Additional pastoral roles included tenures at Dearborn Free Methodist Church and Bethlehem Free Methodist Church, enhancing community outreach and supporting global missions. Ewert also contributed to academic circles as an adjunct professor at Spring Arbor University, specializing in World Religions. Ewert holds a Doctor of Ministry in Global Studies from Fuller Theological Seminary and a Master of Divinity from Asbury Theological Seminary, along with a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy and Religious Studies from Spring Arbor University.
