Bruna Consiglio

Bruna Consiglio is an experienced professional in program and grant administration, currently serving as Senior Programme Officer for sub-Saharan Africa at Free Press Unlimited since June 2021. Prior to this role, Bruna held positions such as Programme Officer for sub-Saharan Africa at the same organization and EU Grant Administrator at Lygature, where responsibilities included managing multiple EU-funded programs and coordinating grant applications. Previous experience includes working as Business Developer & Programme Coordinator at FRES, overseeing a solar power project in Guinea-Bissau, and conducting research for Leiden University’s Faculty of Governance and Global Affairs. Bruna began a career with a traineeship at the European External Action Service, focusing on trade projects in Brazil, and also contributed to Child and Youth Finance International as a trainee. Bruna holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration from Leiden University and a Bachelor’s degree in International Public Administration from The Hague University of Applied Sciences.
