Dave Stephens

Dave Stephens has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as CEO and Co-Founder at FreeAgent CRM in 2016. Prior to that, they served as the General Manager at ServiceNow from 2013 to 2016, where they led a portfolio of Applications businesses and played a key role in creating the AppStore. Before that, Dave worked at Oracle from 2009 to 2013 as the Senior Vice President, leading three organizations and overseeing a 1,200-person workforce. Dave also co-founded Coupa Software in 2005 and acted as the CEO until 2009. Dave's career at Oracle started in 1996 as the Vice President, where they led the CRM applications group. Their earliest role was at Setpoint in 1992, where they served as a Consulting Manager and played a significant role in breaking the company into the discrete manufacturing vertical. Noteworthy projects included work for DuPont's polymer production operations.

Dave Stephens attended the University of California, Berkeley from 1987 to 1991, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering. In December 2016, they also obtained a certification in Duolingo Spanish Fluency at an intermediate level from Duolingo.
