Bảo Lê has two years of work experience. In 2021, they began working as an Information Technology Recruitment Consultant at freec.asia - The Leading Recruitment AI Platform, where they are in charge of any tasks as an IT Recruitment Consultant, supports the consultant team in searching suitable candidates due to JDs, and formats CVs based on the company's platform in order to send them to clients. From 2019 to 2021, Bảo Lê worked as a Striking Coach Assistant at Saigon Sports Club, where they were responsible for fighters coaching and developing, participating in every activity that was held by the gym manager, and supporting colleagues in organizing tournaments.

Bảo Lê is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA from the University of Greenwich in the field of Business Administration and Management, General from 2018 to 2022.
