Gabriel Sperber is a seasoned consultant with extensive experience in healthcare operations and performance improvement. Currently working at Freed Associates since June 2021, Gabriel has successfully launched a program for a large healthcare system, aiming to save $25.7 million by focusing on Continuum of Care operations and analyzing claims for 4 million members. Previously, as a Performance Improvement Consultant at Rush University Medical Center, Gabriel coached executives in Lean Management and led initiatives for Covid-19 preparedness. At the University of Chicago Medicine, Gabriel facilitated lean transformations and managed significant improvement projects across various clinical services. Gabriel’s career also includes roles in supply chain management, engineering, and education, with an educational background in Industrial and Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan.
