Rob Klusman

Rob Klusman is a seasoned Health Care Management Consultant currently with Freed Associates since October 2021. Prior experience includes significant roles at Kaiser Permanente from 1998 to 2021, where Klusman served as Director of Value Management & Digital Planning, overseeing digital strategy for various functional areas including Membership Administration and Sales. Previous positions at Kaiser Permanente encompassed Director roles in Customer Service Technology Strategy and Document Management Strategy, as well as leadership in process improvement as a Practice Leader Consultant. Klusman's earlier career included managing fulfillment operations and project management in distribution systems at Kaiser. Education was obtained from the University of Southern California.
