Michelle Thompson

Michelle Thompson has extensive experience in the banking and finance sector, currently serving as a Loan Processor at Freedom Bank since August 2014, where responsibilities include processing consumer installment and both consumer and commercial mortgages. Prior to this role, Michelle was the Branch Manager at Spencer County Bank from June 2008 to August 2014, overseeing mortgage loan processing, government compliance verification, and reporting to Freddie Mac, alongside other operational duties across five branches. An earlier career included positions as Head Bookkeeper at Buehler’s Buy, where Michelle managed payroll and inventory, and as a Hostess at Holiday World & Splashin’ Safari, organizing company events and supervising staff. Michelle holds a Certified Massage Therapist degree from the Louisville School of Massage and completed general studies at Tecumseh High School.
