Wendy Turner, PMP

Wendy Turner, PMP has over 20 years of professional experience in the field of Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and Program Management. Wendy began their career in 1996 as a GIS Analyst/Application Developer at OAO Corporation, where they worked until 1998. From there, they joined Montgomery Watson as a GIS Application Developer for a year before returning to OAO Corporation in 1999 as a GIS Application Developer/Program Manager.

In 2000, Wendy joined Response Services Center, LLC as a Senior GIS Specialist, where they worked until 2002. During this time, they also served as a GIS Instructor at Prince George's Community College for a semester. In 2002, they joined Enterprise Information Solutions as a GIS Database Administrator for a year before moving to L3Harris Technologies in 2003 as an Oracle DBA/GIS Engineer.

In 2005, Wendy joined Northrop Grumman as a Senior GIS Engineer for a few months before joining Freedom Consulting Group, Inc. as a Senior Program Manager. Wendy has been with Freedom Consulting Group, Inc. since then, utilizing their expertise in program management.

Throughout their career, Wendy has demonstrated their skills and knowledge in GIS and Program Management, making their a valuable asset to any organization.

Wendy Turner, PMP, earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Geography from the University of Maryland Baltimore County. Wendy completed their undergraduate studies from 1991 to 1995.
