Beth Touloumes

Beth Touloumes, PMP, currently serves as a Senior Program Manager in the ePMO at CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield, a position held since March 2006. Prior roles at CareFirst include Manager of Regulatory Compliance & Project Management, Program Manager, and Sr. Project Manager. Before joining CareFirst, Beth was a Sr. Project Manager at Highmark BlueShield from June 2005 to February 2006 and worked as a Business Consultant at Capital BlueCross / Keystone Health Plan Central from 2000 to 2005. Beth holds a Bachelor of Science in Quantitative Business Analysis from Penn State University and has been a Certified Project Management Professional since 2006, with additional education from Academy Leadership.
