Dr. Kayla N. Allen

Dr. KayLa N. Allen, DHA, MPH, PGCEpid, CHWC, serves as a Multicultural Women's Coach, Health Leadership Consultant, and DEI Leadership Speaker, providing empowerment and transformation services to mixed/biracial women and healthcare leaders since December 2017. Dr. Allen also operates as an Empowerment Blogger and Group Mentor focused on career and personal development, and offers public health and women's empowerment mentorship through various organizations including Wedu Global and Freedom Employability Academy. Previous roles include Director of Operations for Break the Silence Against Domestic Violence, where leadership development and policy initiatives were key focuses, as well as an internship at Houston Methodist concentrating on sepsis and epidemiology research. Dr. Allen holds extensive academic qualifications, including a Doctor's Degree in Healthcare Administration from Capella University, along with multiple relevant certifications and degrees in public health and genetic engineering.
