Keith Vicary

Keith Vicary has extensive experience in the telecommunications industry. Keith most recently served as the Head of Fibre Design at Freedom Fibre, where they are responsible for overseeing the design of fibre networks. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior FTTH Network Designer at the same company.

Before joining Freedom Fibre, Keith was employed at Airband Community Internet as a Fibre Planner. In this role, they led a team of GIS Technicians and designed the FTTH Fibre Network as the company transitioned from a WISP to a hybrid ISP and ultimately a full fibre ISP. Their responsibilities included route planning, HLD, LLD, and link loss calculations.

During their time as a self-employed professional, Keith worked as a Certified Fibre Optic Technician. And earlier in their career, they spent over 13 years at TalkTalk as a Field Engineering Manager. In this position, they were responsible for maintaining operational performance and implementing solutions for various networks. Keith managed a nationwide team of field engineers and ensured the integrity and security of the TalkTalk estate.
