Nik Blackmore has extensive experience in the telecommunications industry, with a focus on service desk operations and technical support. They started their career in 2006 at TalkTalk as a 2nd Line Data Support Agent before moving on to TalkTalk Business as a Technical Services Engineer. In 2011, they joined TalkTalk again, this time in the role of a Data Repair Agent - SMC. From 2015 to 2018, Nik worked as a MAP Service Desk Engineer at TalkTalk. They then joined FibreNation in 2018 and served as a MAP Service Desk Engineer before being promoted to Acting Service Desk Operations Manager. In 2020, Nik joined CityFibre as a Service Desk Operations Manager before joining Freedom Fibre in 2021 as an Analyst Developer.
Nik Blackmore attended Rainford High School - St Helens from 1981 to 1988.
