Kathryn Lewis

Kathryn Lewis possesses extensive experience in legal account resolution and administrative support, currently serving as a Settlement Problem Liaison at Freedom Financial since 2010, following a role in their Legal Accounts Resolution Unit. Responsibilities include negotiating solutions with creditors and attorneys, account research, training new hires, and ensuring effective communication regarding settlements. Prior experience includes administrative roles at WCI Brokerage, JPMorgan Chase, Wells Fargo Bank, Music Associates of Aspen, and Eastern Music Festival, where skills in document analysis, customer service, and training were developed. Kathryn holds a Master's degree in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor's degree in Arts Management from Bennett College.
