Pavel Ozhered

Pavel Ozhered is an experienced professional in capacity planning and forecasting, currently serving as the Capacity Planning Manager at Freedom Financial Network since November 2017. In this role, Pavel provides leadership and direction to the forecasting team, focusing on training and development. Prior to this, Pavel held the position of Sr Forecast Analyst, where significant accomplishments included establishing forecasting protocols and managing the installation of the Decisions (Genesys) platform. Pavel's background also includes over a decade at Target, where responsibilities encompassed developing forecasts and staffing recommendations for a large network of contact center agents as a Sr Forecast Analyst and optimizing performance in real-time management. Pavel's career began as a Deli Supervisor, demonstrating strong leadership and performance management skills. Pavel earned a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Metro State University between 2007 and 2010.
