Timothy R. Snowball

Timothy R. Snowball is an experienced litigation counsel at the Freedom Foundation, where responsibilities include litigating cases in federal and state courts to uphold the First Amendment rights of public sector employees. Timothy also serves as an adjunct professor at the University of San Diego School of Law, teaching litigation skills to law students.
