Associate Director Of Advocacy at Freedom from Torture

Natasha Tsangarides is an experienced advocate with a strong background in policy development and humanitarian work. Currently serving as Associate Director of Advocacy at Freedom from Torture, Natasha previously held the position of Director of Advocacy at Choose Love, where responsibilities included leading the advocacy and campaigns programme. Other notable roles include Senior Policy Advisor at Freedom from Torture, Senior Field Manager at Safe Passage International, and Coordinator at PIKPA, Lesvos Solidarity. Natasha's earlier career involved research and policy roles at Medical Justice and ILPA, alongside project management positions focused on improving representation for refugee children and enhancing the use of country information. Natasha holds a Master's degree in Investigative Journalism and an MSc in Violence, Conflict and Development, along with a BA (Hons) in Italian with Spanish from The University of Manchester.
