Mahdere Paulos

Mahdere Paulos is a Senior Program Officer for Global Human Rights Program at Freedom House since March 2012. Prior to this, Mahdere worked in various roles including Legal at a Law Offices and as the Executive Director at Ethiopian Women Lawyers Association. Mahdere has a strong background in managing legal cases, advocating for human rights, and implementing programs to address issues such as domestic violence and women's rights. Mahdere's experience includes managing staff, establishing hotlines, leading advocacy projects, and conducting law enforcement training.
