Hannah Smith QFP is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in aquatic management and development. Currently serving as the National Aquatic Business Manager at Freedom Leisure since April 2024, Hannah has previously held significant roles at Water Babies Ltd, including Director of Aquatics, Pools & Facilities and Training, Group Associate Director, and Group Head of Aquatics from December 2012 to November 2023. Prior experience includes positions as Workforce Development Officer at The Amateur Swimming Association, Senior Competition Manager at Devon County Council, Coaching Consultant at sports coach UK, and Swimming Development Officer at Swindon Borough Council. Hannah holds a BSc (Hons) in Human Health & Biology and Sport Science from St Mary's University College, Twickenham, obtained between 1998 and 2001.
