Dani Peterson

Dani Peterson, PHR, has extensive experience in human resources and organizational development. Currently serving as Associate Director of People Development at Freedom Mortgage, Dani has previously held roles such as Manager and Senior Corporate Trainer within the Learning & Organizational Development department. Prior experience includes positions as Human Resources Manager, Operations Manager, and Management and Organizational Development Trainer at Sesame Place, part of SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment. Dani began the career as a Human Resources Assistant at The College of New Jersey. An alumnus of The College of New Jersey, Dani earned a Bachelor of Arts in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and participated in an American Study Abroad Program at Northumbria University in 2007.
