Victoria Rosborough is a Photonic Device Engineer at Freedom Photonics, LLC since January 2022, with extensive experience in integrated photonics research and development. Previously, Victoria served as an Integrated Photonics Graduate Researcher at UC Santa Barbara from September 2015 to June 2022, where key contributions included designing and testing dual laser InP photonic integrated circuits (PICs) for CO2 spectroscopy and developing a novel InP phase modulator. Victoria's earlier roles include a Graduate Intern at IBM, where improvements in photoresist patterns were achieved, and research positions at Mary Baldwin College, Yale University, and UTC Power, focusing on advanced materials and semiconductor applications. Victoria holds a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from UC Santa Barbara and a Master's in Applied Physics from the University of Oregon, along with a Bachelor's in Physics from Mary Baldwin University.
