Lianna Pan

Lianna Pan is a Director at Freedom Property Investors. Lianna has over thirteen years of experience working in the actuarial field.

Lianna started their career as an Actuarial Analyst at QBE Insurance in April 2006. Lianna then moved to Hollard Insurance in May 2008, where they worked for a year before moving to Suncorp in July 2009.

At Suncorp, Lianna worked as a Pricing Analytics Advisor. In this role, they were responsible for leading a team of five pricing specialists and delivering pricing outcomes which supported corporate objectives for market share, revenue and profit.

During their time at Suncorp, Lianna made a number of key achievements, including leading the integration of multiple pricing platforms which delivered significant cost savings and increased profit. Lianna also delivered the project that optimised and streamlined a number of pricing model monitoring processes across all mass brands for both home and motor portfolios – an achievement which resulted in significant cost savings to the business.

Lianna is a committed leader, mentor and coach. Lianna developed new staff training materials which included thorough documentation of all business processes and a series of recorded presentations by some of our more experienced staff members on key areas of expertise in the business.

Lianna Pan graduated from Macquarie University with a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and a Bachelor of Science. Lianna then became a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries of Australia.
