Nicole Ferguson

Nicole Ferguson has been working in the mortgage industry for over 10 years. Nicole started their career as a National Lending Administrator for Shadforth Financial Group Ltd. In this role, they were responsible for processing and approving loan applications. Nicole then moved to Connective Broker Services where they became the National Support Manager. In this role, they provided support and training to brokers across Australia. In May 2017, they joined Loan Market as the State Director for Victoria and Tasmania. In this role, they were responsible for managing the company's operations in these states. In October 2021, they joined Freedom Property Investors as the Executive Director of Mortgage Planning.

Chris Pearson - Head of Mortgage Planning, Shannon Mayes - Team Leader - Mortgage Planning, and Daniel Chadrawy - Team Leader - Mortgage Planning report to Nicole Ferguson. They are on a team with Bianca Anton - Head of Marketing & Business Operations, Sam Brent - Head of Membership Development, and Dory Senior - Property Strategist Team Leader & Head of Member Specialists.
