Richard Sherwood

Richard Sherwood has a diverse work experience spanning from 2003 to the present. Richard started their career at Urban Outfitters as a Display Artist from 2003 to 2011. In 2011, Richard co-founded Adaptive Solar Design, a solar design and installation company, where they served as a Cofounder and Designer until 2019. During their time there, the company achieved significant success, installing over 300kw of solar PV in just 4 months.

After leaving Adaptive Solar Design, Richard joined Fastrac Energy Services as the Vice President of Operations from 2019 to 2022. Richard'sresponsibilities included overseeing operational activities within the company.

In 2019, Richard also took up a role as the Managing Director at CleanShare™, where they continue to work. In this position, they manage the overall operations and strategic direction of the company.

Currently, Richard is Vice President of Commercial Operations at Freedom Solar Power, a position they took on in 2023. Richard'srole involves leading commercial operations within the company.

Richard Sherwood earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Entrepreneurship from the University of Houston, C.T. Bauer College of Business. Richard attended the university from 1997 to 2001.
